This solution was driven by the customer's need to reduce the amount of space needed to store their existing foam packaging as well as reduce their carbon footprint. This corrugated end cap design has universal appeal in that it can be used for a variety of products replacing oil based foam packaging without compromising functionality as well it costs less to produce and ship. This particular end cap has won awards with the Packaging Association of Canada and TAPPI.
